THE CITY OF MONASH

City of Monash Map
City of Monash Labor

Council elections are postal and they are mandatory for all residents of age within Monash. Whether you rent or own. You will receive a ballot in the first week of October which you will be required to mark ALL your candidates in the order you choose. So you must number all 6 candidates in the Jells Ward.

This year there has been a change with how you elect your Councillor. Instead of the old Mulgrave ward electing 3 Councillors, smaller wards will now elect a single Councillor each.

If you live within Wheelers Hill or the south of Glen Waverley, you will be residing in the new “Jells Ward”. This means you will see my name on your ballot, and can vote for me.

I have also included a list of the current Councillors political affiliations. As Labor do not disclose this information publicly.

I do not have the backing of any MPs or Councillors. To date Labor have at least 4 candidates running and 3 MPs/3 Councillors offering public support to their candidates.

Althought I am the underdog in this fight, I will continue to fight hard to win.
